As a result the EiffelStudio installer will fail to find the installed C/C++ when using a 圆4 version of EiffelStudio. As of Visual Studio 2008 the installation on a 圆4 operating system does not, by default, install the 圆4 compiler tools.
It is also important you choose to install the correct compiler tools. In order to use Visual Studio with EiffelStudio you need be sure you have installed the Visual C/C++ compiler and developer tools.
